Avant-garde "Light" fashions from the Ell project provide another revenue source. The author, Stuart Waymire, spent a number of years working for Las Vegas special effects houses which specialize in fiber-optic, neon and other "light" creations for Casino entertainment productions. This experience suggests a whole line of special-effect "light" clothing could be designed utilizing fiber-optic and difraction technology. The sexy character Laura and the fantasy Ell were designed specifically to be multi-media creatures able to promote not only corporate tie-ins, music, the book, etc. but also fashion. The dream/cyber scenes of Ell give an opportunity to make a hip fashion statement merchandising an entirely new High-Class/High-Price "Light"clothing line.
